Hotel is clean, mesmerizing, friendly staff, located in middle of Kuta town, happening street, short distance to Kuta beach, breakfast can be improved, Wifi connectivity is ok. The bowling voucher has its own perks, so be careful. Didn't try their spa but I think is good.Definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family if they are on budget.

Just returned from a 24 day stay at kuta station with the family for the 4th time at this hotel.Still a great place and no complaints as usual.If we had any issues they were stright on to it.All you have to do is just ask and it is seen to.No dramas.The management had a tea party for the guests to ask them for any ideas that would help the hotel improve and where they were going wrong.And they listened to what the guests had to say.

This hotel has become my favourite, I have stayed here about a dozen times and will continue to stay every time I come to Bali.
The hotel is well located, it has a relaxed atmosphere and nothing is ever a problem for the staff, just ask !
